On Saturday August 25 2018, the 11th Annual Latin Jazz & Salsa Festival was held at the Dogwood Dell Amphitheater in Richmond, Virginia. The festival was a tribute to Hector Lavoe, and featured Van Lester, Johnny Love, Wanda Lopez (La Voz de Oro), Rafael Ortiz & Tumbao Urbano Orchestra, Adrian Garcia's Latin Jazz Quintet, Master percussionist Kevin Davis, Friday Love, the DC Latin Vintage Dance Group, and DJ Eddy Mayorga. The festival was also an homage to Veterans of the Armed Forces and First Responders (Police, Fire, and EMS). Ritmo Caribe Promotions would like to thank the Festival Executive Producer Luis Hidalgo for continuing to support us in bringing in top international and national Latin recording artists to perform at this prestigious festival.
